Texting
Texts go out from your own company number. Slide to how many your team sends in a month.
Count the automatic texts too: tour reminders, follow-ups and quote links all go out from your number. The estimate assumes buyers reply to about half. A long text over 160 characters counts as two parts.

Pay as you go from a prepaid balance, on top of your monthly plan. Calls are 3¢ a minute if you turn them on. Every account starts with texting credit for the carrier registration.

You and your attorney do. Before The Build assembles your documents from the templates you give us and fills them from the customer record. We don’t write or edit contract language, and nothing in the product is advice about what your documents should say.

It includes three contract templates set up from your documents, your design catalog imported with costs, your branding on every buyer PDF, texting setup on your own number, and training for your team. No. When a buyer pays a deposit online, it goes straight into your own Stripe account at Stripe’s standard rates. We never hold your money and we don’t add a fee.
No. Customer records, a sales pipeline, lead capture, two-way texting, and automatic follow-ups are built in. Leads from your ads or other tools can come in through Zapier or Make. If you already use a CRM, tell us on the demo and we’ll tell you plainly what works today.
